The following Internet Explorer settings must be configured first to allow software to be installed. MedApp has been tested with IE 6.x and 7 and is only supported in these versions.

Internet Explorer Configuration

1. Open  Internet Explorer. On the top menu bar, click "Tools". In this next menu, click "Internet Options" at the bottom. With the "Internet Options" window open, click the "Security" tab and perform the following:

   a. Click on "Trusted sites" near the top.
   b. Click on "Sites" just below to the right.
   c. Uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone." lower left.
   d. In the "Add this website to the zone:" towards the top, type in "vhhdoctor.org" and click on the "Add" button to the right.
   e. Click on "Close" then "OK" and "OK" to finish.
